Yes, Deep cleanings should be done regularly, at least once per month, depending on occupancy, to get all the different areas that you are not able to get in a turn cleaning. For any stay over 3 months, we would perform a more detailed cleaning and be considered a Move In / Move Out clean. Price quoted once reviewed.

For an affordable cost of half the charge of your regular cleaning rate, we can provide top-to-bottom cleaning every month for properties with more than eight stays. This ensures that any areas that may have been overlooked during regular turnover cleanings are thoroughly attended to. We also recommend deep cleanings periodically, as specific tasks should be addressed monthly to maintain the cleanliness and quality of your rental property.
Our Premium Services Package includes all the cleaning and restocking services your vacation rental needs to keep your guests happy and comfortable. We communicate with you regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly and that any damages or repairs are addressed promptly.
With this service, we make every effort to catch potential issues before your guest does, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience. We also provide all necessary toiletries for your guests, which will be included in your invoice and any additional fees.
We charge by weight for laundry services, and toiletries are an additional $75 fee for us to manage, not including its cost. You can trust Sparkle Freshness to handle all aspects of managing your vacation rental property, leaving you free to focus on other things. Do you have a special request or want to give your guest an extra touch? No problem, just let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The request determines the price.
Invoices are sent monthly if you have recurring services. If not, they are due upon receipt. ACH and Direct Pay on invoices are available.
We understand things come up, and guests may want to extend their stay. That’s not a problem. As long as we are notified 24 hours before the delay, there will be no additional charge. Changes made on the day and if the team member has arrived will be considered a lockout, and a fee of $85 will be charged.
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. For other Major Holidays, New Year, Easter, 4th of July, Memorial Day, and Labor Day, services are 1.5 times the actual service rate. If you need us on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day, we will consider the request, which will be double the rate.

Yes, we provide regular updates on the condition of your rental property, including what supplies and inventory are needed, any necessary repairs or damage, and more.
We recommend scheduling cleaning services the day or the day after the guest leaves while giving us your full calendar for your check-in and check-out dates. You can do those up to 3 months in advance.
Yes, we offer our premium service, which includes our fluff & fold services.
Yes, We always try to schedule the same team member each time unless we cannot do so due to sickness or other emergencies.
Yes, we can restock your rental property with essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish pods, trash bags, and other amenities to ensure your guests have everything they need. We will purchase these supplies for your guest in our premium services and add them to the invoice.
Yes. We are committed to sustainability and only use non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products to minimize our environmental impact. However, if you have an outbreak and need a Covid-19 like cleaning, we can provide that.
