What if I need to cancel or change my cleaning day?

We understand things come up, and guests may want to extend their stay. That’s not a problem. As long as we are notified 24 hours before the delay, there will be no additional charge. Changes made on the day and if the team member has arrived will be considered a lockout, and a fee of $85 will be charged.
